Carlos grew up in the bagel business, working at his parent’s restaurant since High School. Once he realized his love for food and hunger to learn more, he decided to take night jobs at local restaurants as a cook. From dishwasher to manager, Carlos felt like it was time to try it on his own.
Luke Bramm - Chef

Luke has cooked at some of the best restaurants in Socal. After completing the culinary program during High School, he knew the restaurant industry was his future. Honing his skills at various restaurants, he met Carlos through a mutual Chef friend. Luke loved the concept of Boil & Bake and wanted to be a part of it. With his love for curing and experience in fine dining, he helped develop Boil & Bake’s concept.
